Rental Terms

These terms govern the rental of chalet Le Leigier No. 160 in Nax. By making a reservation, you accept these conditions.

Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are managed by BAT Immobilier SA
  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking
  • The balance is due 30 days before arrival
  • Tourist tax is included in the price
  • A security deposit of CHF 300 is required

Rental Duration

  • Minimum rental according to season
  • Arrivals and departures according to availability
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM - Check-out: 10:00 AM

Capacity and Occupancy

  • Capacity: 4 persons
  • 2 rooms, 1 bedroom, approximately 50 m²
  • ⚠️ This rental is exclusively for the ground-floor apartment of the chalet (living room, bedroom, bathroom).

Included Services

  • Final cleaning (supplement charged in case of abuse)
  • Tourist tax
  • Electric heating and electricity
  • Parking space No. 2 in front of garage
  • Use of washing machine
  • Ski room
  • Baby equipment (changing table and baby bath)
  • Cancellation insurance (according to lease conditions)

Not Included / Options

  • Sheets and bedding (bring your own or rental possible from agency)
  • Kitchen linen (rental possible from agency)
  • Bath towels (rental possible from agency)
  • Wood for BBQ
  • WiFi internet connection (not available)

Bedding - Dimensions

If you bring your own sheets, here are the required dimensions:

House Rules

  • No smoking indoors
  • Pets allowed with CHF 50 fee
  • Respect neighbors (quiet after 10 PM)
  • Waste sorting mandatory
  • Close shutters when absent
  • Turn off electrical appliances before departure

Access to Chalet

  • Access path with stairs (approximately 80 steps)
  • Suitable footwear recommended

Responsibilities

  • The tenant is responsible for damage caused during their stay
  • Any damage must be reported immediately
  • Valuables are the tenant's responsibility
  • Liability insurance is recommended

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation insurance included in price
  • Refer to general lease conditions for details
  • Administration fees only in case of cancellation

Administration Fees

No administration fees, except in case of cancellation.

Disputes

In case of dispute, Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Sion, Valais.
